WVGH Burger Fund 4 B.V. is the owner of a Burger King restaturant in Brandenburg a/d Haven (70km west from Berlin), approximately 340 sq.m. big with a drive-in facility and 35 parking spaces.
WVGH Burger Fund 3 B.V. is the owner of a plot of land of approx. 1,452 m2 located in Henningsdorf, in the North-Western part of Berlin, where a Burger King restaurant is currently being built. The restaurant will be about 300 m2, with a drive-inn facility and 19 parking spaces, on an excellent location.
WVGH Burger Fund 2 B.V. is the owner of two Burger King restaurants in Teltow and Grosbeerenstraβe, both located in Berlin. The restaurants are around 300 m2 each, have a drive-inn facility, both built on own plot of land with 28 parking spaces for the one at Teltow and 15 parking spaces for the restaurant at Grosbeerenstraβe.
The portfolio of the fund DW2 comprises 29 apartments and 1 garage, totally amounting to 77% of the property, the remaining 23% are shops. DW2 stands for Deutschland Wohnungen 2 (German Residences 2). All real estate projects are located in West-Germa towns in close proximity to the Netherlands. WVGH has acquired the properties in the portfolio without bank financing. Therefore the investors in the DW2 fund recieve the right for fist mortgage and a big discount.
The portfolio of the fund DW1 comprises 62 apartments and 16 garages. DW1 stands for Deutschland Wohnungen 1 (German Residences 1). All real estate projects are located in West-German towns in close proximity to the Netherlands. WVGH has acquired this real estate portfolio without the means of bank financing. Therefre the investors in DW1 receive the right for first mortgage and a big discount.
