Returns

Average yearly returns during the 7 years of investment period are 11.1% which will be paid quarterly. Eenhoorn Horizon CV is entitled to cumulative preferential returns of 11% per year, moreover the company participates in the profit payment in the Limited Partnership.  After the LP has paid back the whole investment including the 11% preferred returns, the LP is entitled to a 75% of all other income as a result of exploitation and capital invested.  On a yearly basis this is 5.0%. These indirect returns, added to the average exploitation returns of 11.1%, results in total returns of 16.1% per year.
