Investment

The purchase of the 13,500 sq.m. land and the building of the villas is financed by the loan of €2,700,000 supplied by Fairview Villas CV, by the participation of the Spanish partner company- €750,000 and by the payment installments by the buyers of the villas. The total investment budget for the villas amounts to €7,015,000.
