With a minimum of €15,000 (excl. issuing costs per real estate certificate), the investor can participate in an excellent German real estate portfolio. The owner of the certificate receives a high fixed interest rate, varying between 7.0% and 7.4% per year, depending on the amount of investment. The interest is paid quarterly. When the investment period is over, the owner of the certificate will participate in a profit distribution of 50% from the net increase in the value of the real estate project.

The issuing company, Floreijn Central Germany Fund B.V. gives a loan of €12,500,000 in the form of 4 Classes of certificates, varying from €15,000 per certificate (excl. 3% issuing costs) to €50,000 per certificate (excl. 2.50% issuing costs). With this loan the current real estate portfolio of the Floreijn Groep will be expanded. The new portfolio will be funded with a first mortgage of maximum €40,000,000.
