Investment

The total investment for the establishment of the Hoog Soestdijk CV fund and the obtaining of the real estate amounts to €9,800,000, including all additional costs. The own capital of the Limited Partnership amounts to €2,500,000 and consists of 50 certificates, worth €50,000 each. The remaining €7,300,000 (around 75%) are financed by external capitals.
