Securities

 

Concerning the existing Leisure Fund Bonds (1st issue), the securities remain unchanged.

 

In order to provide the capital of € 1,500,000 for Recreation Park Kasteel Ooijen, for the second issue of Bonds for WVGH Leisure Fund N.V. the bondholders receive the following securities:

 

 - A second mortgage amounting to € 1,500,000 which will be increased with 30% before interest and costs. The first mortgage from Rabobank Maashorst amounts to a maximum of € 3,200,000 (excl. the increase before interest and costs) after the provision of the loan by WVGH Leisure Fund N.V..

 

  •  - A personal security deposit from the initiator for the amount of € 250,000.
  •  - Security for the rights of the grind stone and sand extraction contract with the Heijmans company.
