Returns: Cash returns of 9.60% per year. Predicted exploitation returns of 14.1% per year (before taxex, excl. Possible sale profit) The total actual average returns reached 13.87% per year with an investment period of 4.5 years.

Objects: The investment concerns the SnowWorld Landgraaf indoor-ski center. The rental contract is for a period of 20 years. Except the 13,800 sq.m. of ski-pistes, there are also shops, a restaurant and a sauna-wellness center.
