WVGH Burger Fund 2 B.V. is the owner of two Burger King restaurants in Teltow and Grosbeerenstraβe, both located in Berlin. The restaurants are around 300 m2 each, have a drive-inn facility, both built on own plot of land with 28 parking spaces for the one at Teltow and 15 parking spaces for the restaurant at Grosbeerenstraβe. The premises have both been completely renovated in the end of June 2010 and are being exploited by an entity part of the Hego Group from Berlin. Hego is since July 1st, 2010 the biggest franchisee of the Burger King Company from Germany, with 36 operational ventures mostly in and around Berlin.


The rental contracts have period of 20 years, starting from Jyly 1st 2010 and ending on June 30th, 2030. At the end of the 4th year of the rent (2014), the rent amount will be increased with 10%, which will be determined on a yearly basis. The rent payment obligations have been guaranteed by a so called mother warranty from the Hego Group, which guarantees the payment of the owed amounts for the whole period of both contracts.
