The issue of the WVGH DW3 Real Estate Bonds includes the acquisition of 3 apartment buildings in Bad Berleburg, Nordhein Westfalen. The properties include 128 apartments, bought for the purpose of being rented out. Therefore WVGH does not plan to sell the apartments individually, but will optimize the rental leases in the coming years by investing in the property. After the completion of the scheduled renovation, the interest towards rent possibilities is expected to increase significantly. The realization of the renovation project will result in value increase of the apartment buildings. Due to the favorable purchase price and WVGH’s consistent organization, the company is able to set the annual interest rate of the DW3 Bonds to 8%.

The DW3 apartments have been acquired without additional bank financing, which means that in this 3rd DW fund, WVGH as owner gives the right on the first mortgage to its DW3 investors, instead of a bank institution.
