With a minimum of €15,000 (excl. issuing costs per real estate certificate), the investor can participate in an excellent German real estate portfolio. The owner of the certificate receives a high fixed interest rate of 7.75%. The interest is paid quarterly. When closing the fund, the investor receives a bonus of 7% over the nominal value of the Certificate. As a guarantee, the investors receive the right for second mortgage for €2,490,000 via Foundation WVGH International Real Estate. Caprice Real Estate B.V. acts as a guarantor for the repayment of the main amount and the interest obligations to the investors.
