There are only 44 Bonds issued for WVGH Vastgoedcertificaten V for the total amount of € 1,320,000. Participation may take place in Bonds of WVGH Vasrgoedcertificaten V of € 30,000, excluding 1.5% emission costs.

The floating interest rate is based on 50% of the expected net profit when selling the property portfolio.

The property portfolio includes the Werther shopping center with 70 parking spaces, a Plus Supermarket of approx. 1000 sq.m., a bakery, a big textile discounter, a branch of a domestic clothing brand, a stationer's shop, a hearing aid shop, 2 offices and a covered passage with 20 apartments on the first and second floor.
