Investment

The total investment for the establishment of the limited partnership WVGH V CV and the acquisition of the real estate amounts to €22,800,000 including all additional costs. The venture capital of the fund is €9,800,000 broken down in 980 certificates, each worth €10,000 (excl. 3% administrative costs). The remaining €13,000,000 are financed by a mortgage loan. The current owner of the building, Katwijk Holding B.V., is willing, in case of necessity, to hold a substantial participation in the real estate fund.
