Germany will keep growing faster than the rest
Germany is in the dawn of golden times with strong economical growth and increasing wages. The opposite goes for Southern Europe, where they will keep muddling through for a long time.
This is the prognosis of the five German economical institutions in their autumn prognosis. They are expecting a growth of 3.5% of the German economy for this year. In 2011 the growth will draw back to 2%, but the unemployment rate is in its lowest level since 1992. Last year the country was one of the first EU members to meet the requirement for budget deficit after the crisis, which is 2.7%, whereas in the rest of the EU it is 3%.

Burger Fund 4 fully subscribed
The 4th WVGH Burger Fund was fully subscribed within a period of only 3 weeks!
At the moment WVGH is preparing a fund with more Burger King branches with a continuous AFM permit, which will be launched in the first quarter of 2011. In the upcoming 3 years WVGH will have acquired 38 Burger King restaurants in and around Berlin. All these branches will have the same tennant and each of them will have a triple-net rent contract for at least 20 years. Furthermore, an additional guarantee will be issued by the monther company. |

WVGH goes green
Since Monday may 10th 2010, the WVGH team members drive Golf TSI. This Golf Comfort Line Hatchback 90 Kw is one of the most economical gasoline engine cars at the moment. One liter of gasoline is enough for approximately 16 kilometers. Due to this low fuel usage and the low CO2 emission, this car falls under the category for lower additional tax.

Recently WVGH B.V. has been informed that a petition has been filed at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court for the investigation of the policies and businesses of Rhine-Danube Line I Nederland N.V. (“RDL NV”). The petition filers are several shareholders of RDL NV.

Alles is Liefde is leading nominee for the Gouden Kalf (Golden Calf)
 The Dutch family film production " Alles is Liefde" (or "Love is All") is leading nominee for the Film Festival's " Golden Calf " award, to be handed out next friday october 3th. No less than 7 nominations are publicized for this award for Dutch film productions.
"Alles is liefde" has been financed by the investment vehicle Alles is Liefde CV, the 16th filmproduction financed by WVGH. The investors in this last production, which turned out to be a sales hit, received very attractive returns on their investment, amounting to more than 25%!
