Hans has been working for WVGH B.V. since February 1st 2008. He is responsible for the quality control and technical administration of WVGH’s commercial real estate. Hans has 20 years of experience in the architectural and technical administration of commercial real estate. He has worked for many years for an office and residential real estate broker company as an architectural administrator and coordinator of technical services. Hans has completed a technical education and is currently following courses for his second degree- in Management.

Gerard has been working at WVGH B.V. as Office Manager since October 1st 2006. He has national and international managerial experience in the hotel-café-restaurant sector. During the last few years prior to his current position at WVGH B.V., Gerard was part of the management team of SnowWorld Zoetermeer- one of the biggest indoor ski-centers in the Netherlands. He completed his education at the Hotel Management School in Leeuwarden in 1992 and in 2005 finished a controllers-education at the Higher Economic School (HES) in Amsterdam.

Since November 2008, Remy has been working as a Property Manager and is responsible for technical research of the commercial real estate that WVGH manages and WVGH International Real Estate purchases. Remy has gained a lot of experience during different projects that WVGH and its sister companies provide advantage.

During his study Real Estate Management at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Bas has specialized and acquired professional skills in that area. By completing several internships and work in the real estate industry, he has gained a lot of knowledge about the lifecycle of real estate projects.
Since July 1st, 2009, Bas has been fulfilling the position of Account Manager at the Financial and Secretarial departments. Furthermore he is focused on the completion and update of financial reports, as well as the maintaining and upgrading of the relationship network.
