Petition to the Enterprise Chamber for the investigation of the policies and businesses of RDL

 

Recently WVGH B.V. has been informed that a petition has been filed at the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court for the investigation of the policies and businesses of Rhine-Danube Line I Nederland N.V. (“RDL NV”). The petition filers are several shareholders of RDL NV.

WVGH is considered from the Enterprise Chamber to be an interest party among 6 other parties. Approximately 5 years ago WVGH was approached by RDL with the request for assistance in issuing the certificates for RDL N.V.

 WVGH accepts this eventual investigation of its role in RDL with trust and confidence and will provide every assistance and cooperation necessary.

Meanwhile all parties involved with WVGH have been informed by WVGH, such as the external accountant and external compliance officer, among others, and of course the Authority of Financial Markets (AFM).
