Burger Fund 4 fully subscribed

The 4th WVGH Burger Fund was fully subscribed within a period of only 3 weeks!

At the moment WVGH is preparing a fund with more Burger King branches with a continuous AFM permit, which will be launched in the first quarter of 2011. In the upcoming 3 years WVGH will have acquired 38 Burger King restaurants in and around Berlin. All these branches will have the same tennant and each of them will have a triple-net rent contract for at least 20 years. Furthermore, an additional guarantee will be issued by the monther company.
