Introduction
WVGH B.V. (hereinafter the “ADMINISTRATOR”) acts as a manager of investment funds according to the Dutch Law of Financial Audit. In the implementation of its activities WVGH B.V. pays attention to the concerns and interests of all investors in its investment funds. However, we never exclude the possibility that as a client you may not be satisfied with a certain part of our service implementation. WVGH B.V. aims to handle complaints from its investors with utmost care and transparency.
Filing a complaint
It is important to file a complaint as soon as possible after the problem occurs. The longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to collect all information necessary for the careful handling of the complaint.

When filing a complaint, we request that you to give a detailed description of your complaint, write your name and address, telephone and, if available, an e-mail address.
How do we handle your complaint
WVGH B.V. intends to process every complaint within 7 working days after it has been filed. If it is not possible to give a response within 7 working days, WVGH B.V. will notify you about the reasons for the delay and a period will be defined when a response will be provided. This period will not be more than 6 weeks from initial filing. If you are unable to agree with the response deadline, we kindly request you to report this to us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Your reaction
If you do not agree with the decision of WVGH B.V. about your complaint, you can appeal but must do so within 6 weeks. We will answer you according to the same deadlines as stated above. In case you do not reply in writing within 6 weeks, we will conclude that you agree with the decision of WVGH B.V. about your complaint and will consider the matter closed.
