The Real Estate Investment Market 2008 outlook and trends

A study by E&Y Real Estate Germany among 100 international enterprises in Europe reveals that:

• 70% of the enterprises thinks that the climate for investments in Germay will remain attractive,
• 80% intends to consolidate or increase their investments,
• 90% thinks that Germany is a stable and and attractive real estate market.
  
• The enterprises approached for this study comprise real estate open-end funds, investors in appartment projects, private investors, insurance concerns and real estate companies.
